Shipping policy
We aim to ship your order within 5-7 working days of it being placed. Timelines may vary for larger orders or during periods of higher order volumes.
Once your order has been shipped, we're unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Orders within Chennai will be shipped via Rapido/Porter, and orders outside Chennai via Speed Post. If you'd prefer a different shipping service, just let us know when placing your order. Please note that additional charges may apply.
Tracking details will be shared with you once your order is on its way.
In the event of an undelivered order or RTO, your refund will be processed once the order has made its way back to us.
If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please share photo or video evidence within 24 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a refund or replacement right away.
As our treats are made fresh to order, we're unable to accept any returns or exchanges.
