Refund policy

As all our treats are made fresh to order, we're unable to cancel or refund orders once they've been placed.

Items once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the event of a shipment lost in transit or an RTO, we'll arrange a refund or replacement once the order has arrived back to us.

If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please share video evidence within 24 hours of delivery and we'll sort out a refund or replacement accordingly.

Refunds are processed via Razorpay to your original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
